The people who move you are wonderful, but the business practices of the owner are questionable. He is not upfront with payment terms, reduced the size of the team but not the rate to ensure a higher invoice and was not understanding or trusting that he would get paid. Great service, bad owner means he does not get referred to others by us.

Just a terrible experience. Asking more than was quoted, showing up hours late on day of move, broken, scratched, and dented items. Worst moving company I’ve ever used.
