Hoping my actual appointment goes much better than my phone call to them. The lady was peppy, but basically hung up on me while I was trying to get myself on the cancelation list. Told me that she couldn't help because my Dr hadn't sent in paperwork,when I said he had and the date she replies that they are 5 days behind on intake and hung up. How about starting with that you don't have the paperwork on file yet, but are 5 days behind on entering your paperwork. Instead of brushing off clientele.

Excellent staff. The ladies at the front are so friendly and personable. I have been there twice and the the staff are amazing. They explain everything very well.
