Worse experience In your store Kelowna!!!!!!!! I have been a Staples customer for years . While attending an event the other night at your new Business Centre at the back of the store I witnessed the most appalling verbal homophobic attack by the Staples staff against their own and myself. Im shocked at the attitude of the woman in the copy centre. She said she coulnt sell me 100lb paper behind the counter because they are liable for it jamming our printer but then said they have 110lb on the shelf. We have been purchasing the 100lb for months. When I inquired about that, she tried to tell me there wasnt enough stock, so I asked if I could come back next week, she then adjusted her mask and said let me be frank with you... Unnecessarily rude. Not our first experience like this.

Staples “ Return” policy SUCKS ! Big time ! I routinely have shopped at Staples for years. I made a mistake and bought the wrong ink for my printer. No refund, no credit towards another one, not even a discount on another one. NEVER AGAIN will I shop there ! I was very frustrated

I have often used their services for printing. However, today I have called repeatedly first for verification of the details and later to confirm that I could drop my order off. In every case and in every way I then tried I was unable to get through. This is not the response I expected. Until today I have always been very pleased with Staples Printing and Copying. I hate to have to move my business elsewhere.
