By far the worst ...
By far the worst customer service experience I have had in an any store. I tried to return a defective HDMI switch 6 weeks after I bought it. The staff had no interest in accepting responsibility for the defective product. I left the piece of junk at the store and walked out. I suggest that you never even enter this store
