    Fixed vacuum but service was not very good. Took much longer than quoted. Would be hesitant to use this company again.

    Excellent vacuum cleaner repair at essendene vacuum Abbotsford. Our 20 year old central vac stopped so I took it to the company on my google search. They sold me a filter but still did not work so took my vacuum into them. It was missing a clip to hold the filter against a safety switch. Said they could by pass the switch as they did not have a clip. Choose to take it to Essendene for their opinion as I do not like to by pass safety switches. They were outstanding.     I am sorry to hear no one helped you when you came in to our location, when did you come in? Times get extremely busy with customers and we only have one staff member on or myself in the store most times and are not able to help all customers right away as we may be on a repair or showing a machine or answering questions a customer may have, We are very committed to helping our customers either in the store or outside, if you could please let me know the situation I would be more then happy to assist you in your questions or anything you may need. Thank you and once again and we are sorry to hear you did not get any help when you came in to our store. I will certainly address this issue with staff.
