what a great place to do business, I took in my for service today for the first time and I was greeted outside as soon as I parked front of the service area.

Charged me $800+ for the Prepaid Maintenance Plan (PMP) when other dealerships sell the same plan for only $500+. Thought I paid for a plan w/ the use of genuine ester oil & only to be told I'm registered for conventional oil only when I brought my car in for service at another Infiniti dealership. Called Open Road Infiniti to discuss as I thought maybe it was a mistake on their end registering my car for the wrong plan, only got the runaround by Danielle telling me to contact Nissan Canada, etc
