I came into the store in October 2016 with specific measurements of a space in which the toilet had to fit. It is January 24th 2017 and after calling/emailing/texting the company and talking with the manager Lali and Arif at least 15 times did I finally get my $293.44 back.Finally, when I spoke with the accounts person today named Pavi she was very rude. As a customer I was disrespected, treated as if I was mentally disabled and blown off many times.
