They don’t stand by the cars they sell. All they care is how to get more and more money from the customers. Their prices are higher than other dealerships and they are making up issues just to make you pay more and more.
Bought a new Honda Ridgeline only to discover once I took it home that it had a defective door seal. Resulted in 4 hours of extra work and disappointment for me to get it fixed, and the interactions from the 3 people I talked to at Jonker about it ranged from apathetic to annoyed. I never asked for anything, and never received as much as a "sorry for the trouble".
Extremely disappointed with the service department. We have taken our vehicles into Jonker on numerous occasions, and are continuously disappointed with not only the quality of repairs, but the appalling customer service when dealing with representatives in that department. There is certainly no focus on customer satisfaction and retention. We will not continue to support this business.
I have known this dealership since 2013. Their customer service is impeccable and you will always feel comfortable and at ease. At 64, I have visited a LOT of showrooms and Jonker Honda is exceptional. GM Erik will make you feel like family because you can tell this IS an old style family style business. Straight talk, no scheming in the back office, or misrepresentations. I will only buy a Honda here because I know when I leave I won't be scratching my head wondering if I got jacked. KUDOS!!!
