    Heard they restaffed everybody in their company. Really friendly new staff, got a really good vacation deal by them... overall great experience and I would use them again

    Unreliable and sh...

    Unreliable and short staffed. Staff does not care about service but rather focused on volumes. Once booked they are not willing to fix their own errors.
