VPP does not care...

VPP does not care about customers. They falsely safetied my vehicle and it needed tons of OVERDUE maintenance - came with ZERO oil, filthy residue, no coolant, no brakelight bulbs, tire that goes flat, factory stereo not working properly, broken block heater cord. No apology, no explanation, promises to take care of it then no follow up whatsoever - just say enough to get you off their back for a few days. Owner is not reachable and manager does not follow up like she says. BEWARE!
