Colonial Honda Sales

Nearly scammed me out of $1100 dollars. My car was stalling randomly. They tried to tell me all 4 cylinders were misfiring. (Despite no check engine light) They told me I needed to replace all spark plugs and coils, AND do a valve adjustment. (About $1100) A simple test from another mechanic found that it was a bad EGR valve; a $400 fix. The car has been running smoothly since for almost 2 years now. Colonial Honda would have run my bank account dry, and still not have fixed the problem!

Horrible customer service. Took my car in for an airbag recall. When i went to pick it up, it had multiple issues caused by their negligence and was no longer driveable. No isses prior to being brought in, and all new problems stemmed from the area they had been working on. Colonial honda then tried to charge me for diagnostics and repair of my vehicle (to fix THEIR mistakes). Awful attitudes from staff, lack of accountability. 1 star is a generous rating.

Worthless appointment

Made an appointment for 10 AM to have brakes inspected. Returned at 2 PM to check on the car, and not only had it not gone in, it was still fourth or fifth in line. Customer "service" agent said that priority was based on pick up time, and when I asked him if my car would go in today, he was unable to answer so I took my business elsewhere. If you insist on going to Colonial Honda for service, either physically wait at the dealership, or return in an hour.
