Vaultra Storage - Ajax

They beg customers for 5 star ratings. charge ridiculous fees if a payment is mistakenly missed. This facility has nothing good about it. Other Older facilities are cleaner, has friendlier staff and actually helps their customers if something goes wrong. no bathroom to use if you visit after hours. No way to open loading dock without getting out of your car, only 3 spots(usually full) for loading, so you either have to wait, or lug your things from outside where parking not allowed. Poor service

The staff are very friendly over all nice people very professional, & informative & very clean. I would like to thank Zara & Andrae for your service you both were very helpful. I would highly recommend this vault storage in Ajax. Thanks guys.
