Excellent service. JD was super. We went in to have a look, he was extremely helpful. When we went back to actually purchase material for the floor, he remembered everything, what we looked at, what we discussed. We were very impressed He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was arranged and installation was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you JD. I'll be back.

If the site allowed I’d give zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience. I am extremely angry with Hardwood Giant, and completely dissatisfied with the installation, and once I paid in full customer service doesn’t exist. Can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. A very suspicious operation. I may be forced to take legal action.
