I agree with aadatiya about pricing and quality. But The lady at thje cash is the most civilized and decent person in that store. I had exact same issues with bulbs burning and warranty expiration and she was extremely understanding and helpful. She cannot be blamed for manufacturing defects, poor product quality or pricing and warranty policies. She is just doing her job.

Worst customer service experience and attitude from the lady working at the cash. To make it worse, the owner is just as bad. I would rather pay regular price next time from a reputable supplier/retailer. Don't waste your time shopping here, it's not worth the headache and stress!
