A Action always has great service. I have used batista for my personal and business needs. I always receive same day service and can always count on my cars, equipment or freight to be delivered safely and on time.

I literally had NO idea what I was doing, was in a sandwich accident in Burlington. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely caring and patient people, explained everything I should do and dropped off my car the day and time they said they would.

Guy said my tire was on too tight and that he could not put on the spare. He was misserable and said he needed an air gun. Called Hays towing and my tire was changed in 5 mins. Wont be calling action for anything again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND STAFF

Sept 27 my motorcycle towed <2km by @CAASCO via @AActionTow for dead battery; they DROPPED it unloading! A month later, still no resolution! Nothing like dropping a 1982 original bike...and then accepting responsibility but telling me to go through my own insurance company after a month of back & forth. I was accused of towing my bike because it was broken vs it being because of a dead battery; accused of damage being prior to the drop; and told they wouldn't go through their insurance company

friendly driver, excellent customer service, arrived on scene sooner than ETA, definitely my go-to tow company

Recommended tow company

dealt with Doug to arrange the tow - straightforward and fair pricing. The driver, Rick, was punctual, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
