Pollard Windows & Doors

Worst windows I’ve ever had!!! Our entire neighbourhood has the same issues. Only the handful of houses with custom builders do not have window problems. Every window and door(even the sliders) has condensation in between panels. Walls have water marks and windows are full of mould . In the winter, the inside has ice build up! This began in our neighbourhood when the windows were less than 8yrs old! Company warranty sucks! Do not purchase Pollard!

They are now 23 years old ( supposed to be guaranteed for life as I was told ) and the kitchen doors leak cold air in the winter badly and all my windows have rotting molding on them allowing them all to leak cold air in the winter. The three palladium windows front and back have become seal broken allowing fogging up all year round, costing me $1300 to have them de fogged, and one leaks water into the house when cleaning it. not impressed at all .
