I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else , excellent service

Owner bathed and groomed my dog who was dying of congestive heart failure. She was kind alnd gentle and gave my dog a beautiful cut so I could see her eyes. My dog died a month later. When I get another dog I will head right back to Temple of Groom.

She is great with your pet, but is very confrontational with her customers.

Never got a good vibe from this person but initially she did a good job. She quickly became unprofessional. Questioned my instructions, thinking I was having my dogs groomed too often and too short. Did so in front of another customer. Chastised me for coming to pick up my dogs too early by saying to the dog, "Tell your mother to never show up early again." She needn't worry about that, I have already found a new groomer for my three dogs. Would never recommend this groomer to anyone.

Gave our dog a ha...

Gave our dog a half finished cut and demanded full price. She then mentioned how our dog was matted (her last cut was 2 months ago). After explaining that I had to travel a lot in the last few months for work she suggested we give her to a "better owner". Absolutely unprofessional.
