Ogram Appliance Repair Service

Quite upset after using this service. Had two problems: one was confirmed within 10min (and solution was not to repair), and the other problem didn't get solved (his advice didn't work). Yet I was charged full hour/service call charge, which is higher than market average. Also, no direct call is possible (you can only leave message and get a call back), even if you're already engaged in some service. No google profile is probably a red flag I ignored, very disappointed and won't be using again

I am utterly flabbergasted that Brian Ogram would be so willing to try and help figure out why my new washer was not working. He spent time via the phone getting me to do things to see if it would work. It had to be returned. but to have someone be willing to help when he is not even getting a service call, speaks highly to the kind of person he is. THANK YOU BRIAN

Fixed my dishwasher for a reasonable price. Prompt service.

We have used Mr Ogram several times up fix our appliances (fridge, stove, dryer) over the years and we have always appreciated him. He is punctual, clear about pricing, and gets the job done.

Very disappointed when this fellow came out to fix our oven. He said it would be $400 for the part. Once the part was installed, he said it was still not working and needed another part. Forget that! Ordered a brand new stove for way cheaper than what he was charging for parts and labour!!
