Circle A Carpentry Ltd

I hired Steven and his company last year to do the millwork for my renovation. He took my deposit money, did not show up on the installation date, ignored me for months, and then did not show up again on the second installation date we agreed on. It's been 8 months and he has stopped responding to me, I still do not have my millwork, and he still has my deposit money.

Hired Circle A Carpentry in Aug 2022. Everything went well until they got my deposit. We had agreed to a November install, but on the day of installation they did not show up. Ignored me completely until January and then agreed to a February installation. They didn't show up again. Won't even send me progress pics of the work in progress which makes me think they never did the work. They took my money but did not deliver any finished product.

They were late on the install...the quality was ok at first, but after sales service was a problem. Asked to come back and fix a piece of trim and a tray divider in a cupboard. This took forever. Now the drawers dont open properly. Some wont stay closed. We have tried several times to get someone to simple reply, but nothing.
