    Your company is the worst I have come across ever!! I bought a deal on groupon dec 31. Was scheduled for January 20,2014 @12-2pm. When nobody showed up I called and was first told that my information was not on file. After insisting they 'found' my information but that my appointment had been changed to today January 28 12-2pm. I receive an EMAIL.. Not even a phone call about 3:45pm saying that a crew member has 'had an accident' and that no one is available to come till February 25. My husband has had to miss work for the second time to be here for the carpet cleaners and for the second time I have had to move everything out of my newborn son's room. I have gone online and read reviews and a lot of them say the same about this company.. Last minute cancellations.. Dealing with rude employees and long wait times for appointments. HORRIBLE company.. I intend to write a review anywhere possible about this.. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!!

    3 no shows.

    I've had 3 appointments with this company to come and clean my carpets and each time was a no show. 1st appointment was end of Dec 2012, no show. I called them to find out what happened. They said the driver got into a car accident and wasn't able to come in and that they called people with appointments that day to inform them of the cancellation. I never got that call. So I rebooked for the beginning of April, 2013 (yes, I had to wait that long.) Once again, no show and no call. I called the same day this time and they told me that the cleaner got sick and that there was no one to replace him. They said they informed everyone with an appointment that day. Everyone but me, apparently. So, I rebooked one more time, for 2 weeks later (today). No show #3! I am still trying to get through to them on the phone to give them heck but no one is answering. I've given up on them and hence this negative review. So.... Difficult to reach on the phone. They have a hard time finding me on their appointment sheet any time I manage to get through to them. No shows 3 times. No notice of cancellations 3 times. What kind of business are they running? My recommendation: STAY AWAY!
