Counter looks beautiful! Installation was fast and I found their customer service to be excellent, even accommodating a minor bump in the road we had during our kitchen renovations. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I have to say we had excellent customer service. We ordered two countertops and a sink. Very friendly and easy to deal with, our counters were ready when we were told they would be.

Left us with a damage counter top and damaged out existing cabinet. Instillation took 4 days even after we agreed to let them take the old counter as a template. They suggested a plumber to install our sink, when he got there he could not put garberator back on. Only restitution offered was a better price on my next counter. The one star is for the counter itself. It looked like quartzes.

Horrible customer service, they cracked my wall tiles back splash and didnt tell me until I found out myself. There was gaps between different spots on the caulking and it was extremely sloppily done. When I told the owner the job done wasnt professional his reply was : we dont use the word professional. Customer service is horrible DO NOT GO HERE unless you would like a headache!

Horrible! Great price and timeline, BUT, when we went to pick up our countertop it was the wrong colour- an ugly 70's pink/white fake marble. When I told the owner that I had ordered Lime Stone (colour), as per my email and drawings, he said "no you pointed at Onyx and so it doesn't matter what you wrote". He would not replace it and would not accept any blame. NOBODY with eyesight would ever have picked Onyx, not in the last 40 years. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

We highly highly recommend this company because they did amazing job in our kitchen by installing beautiful countertop. They work in a very professional way.actually we requested them that we are having a function at our place they installed before the date of the function.so please if you are sitting on the fence please a give try you will never be sorry or regret. because they will fulfill their commitment.
