Dissapointed
I am on the other end of the service factor with "Body Back in Motion" requesting information for WSIB. This has been a difficult proceedure trying to get information from this office. The staff has been helpful however the doctor has not.

Betty, Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the experience you received. We updated our systems since this review and will make all efforts that we will me more helpful moving forward.
