All 10 stars reviews you can find about him are fake, the business is fake and the address of the office is fake. The guy himself is fake professional because he just doesn't have a clue what needs to be done with the furnace in order to fix it. Don't be fooled by the low price he offers on the phone because it's the price he will ask you to pay several times during his visit. Avoid at all cost.

Mark recently completed a demanding HVAC project for us which spread over almost 3 months and involved numerous changes in plans along the way. Our conversion of a residential basement into a legal apartment required the separation of heating and ventilation systems. Mark was very flexible with being able to absorb surprises such as having to relocate our electrical panel, move a HRV unit location, and repeated gas connection alterations. We are very satisfied with our HVAC system.

Heat Pump not working for last two years

The heat pump which heat and cools the house was not working from two years ago, when the fan was burnt and replaced by an hvac company. Since the wire colours from the fans were not identical to the original one which was burnt, the hvac tech could not figure out how to connect the control wire to the new blower fan. I called many company to come and figure out but could not fix the problem. For two years I was heating the house thro electrical heaters and in the summer the airconditioner was not working as well. I called House Depot, since Mark is hvac tech as well as Electrical Engineer, he fixed the problem in two hours in order to match the new fan with the existing controller
