Parts service is very bad. Did not respond emails. Accepted order on Tuesday by phone and promised to get delivered by the end of Friday (we needed parts on the weekend). I have to call many times, every time they promised to call back and did not. Eventually they responded that parts have been delivered, but must have been stolen from my porch :) All family was at home, doors open. Considering the distance I was expecting 1-day delivery, not 4-days non-delivery. CO2 do not care of of customers.
Nice and friendy service until you make a purchace,then,when you are on the hook (there is no refund),you get snubed,ignored,lied and direspected.Can't even imagine if i ever need warreny repairs from these people.
