Poor after sale service
I recently bought a digital telephone recording device from this store. I explained that I may require help with set up, etc. I was told to call if I ran into any problems. Unfortunately, the instruction booklet did not provide adequate instruction, so I called the store and left a message. It has been 3 days without the courtesy of a return call. While I appreciate my purchase was not a huge money maker for them, I am surprised by the lack of after care service nonetheless.

We also have a toll free number that you can contact to reach our sales technicians at our Toronto location between the hours of - Monday 10am - 4pm & Tuesday - Friday 10am-6pm & Saturday between 10am-4pm Sundays we are closed Again, we apologize for any confussion you might have experienced.
