Clinique De Médecine Familiale-St Joseph

Un mauvais accueil aux services d’enregistrement des patients en urgence. Le staff démontre aucune empathie. Le personnel à la réception ont besoin d’une formation sur l’empathie. Il est dommage de remarquer qu’ils considèrent les personnes comme clients et non comme des patients. Ainsi peu d’egard est démontré aux patients qui sont pas des réguliers.

They never answer their phone and are always full when you show up to the walk in clinic. The receptionist (some of them) can be very rude and unwelcoming. Wonder why they are so stressed. Even calling to make an appointment is impossible. My doctor is great. The clinic is beautiful and quite new and fresh. They have internet while you wait and thats nice. Wait times are not long so far. It’s just the rude staff, clinic always being full and not being able to call and make an appointment.

Wasted trip and horrible client service

Today, June 30th.2017, I called to this walk in clinic at 1:30 pm. I wanted to know if they were still taking clients. My son had high fever and sore throat. There was a message that said that they do not answer phone calls after 12:30 am and that they close at 4:00 pm. When we arrived there, around 2:00 pm , there are 2 receptionists chatting to each other and told me: " we are not accepting any more walkings" I argued with them why they do not answered the phone. We wasted our trip. Non-sense

On Monday, August 17, 2015, my 83 year old mother, attended this walk in clinic. The front desk staff said they could not accept her as she was not a regular patient. As my mother did not understand the process, the front desk staff refused to explain and told the very ill woman to leave. I have also attended this clinic and found the reception staff to be rude with clients and not willing to answer questions. The Orleans UrgentCare is a much better Clinc, at 1220 Promenade Place d’Orleans.
