Phenomenal service - from reception/scheduling, to the on-site service. We have had two service calls for our gas range, and have been very pleased in every way. Fast. Professional. Personable and friendly.

Brian came to my house to service my old fridge, which stopped working. He checked it out at my house, then he checked on the parts. My fridge was not worth fixing and he hooked me up with another fridge the next day, for a really good price. I am very happy.

When you call, the receptionist is extremely abrupt and rude. It took a week to get someone in. The service person that came out to the house, did not know what was wrong with our stovetop, so ordered the entire module. After another week of waiting, the module turned out to be the wrong one. He said and I quote "if me made a mistake so be it" "nobody's perfect". After 3rd week, they told us that they will replace the stovetop. It's been 4 wks and nothing. each time you take 5-6 hrs off work
