Be advised when you book with NK Movers. Your schedule may be cancelled in the morning on your moving date and you wouldn't be able to get your deposit back. I'm fighting to collect the deposit for 459 days so far.
I had a terrible experince with this company..the guy Akshat,sagar and DAVID is the most horrible person i can ever talk to..the movers are highly unprofessional and rude..they have no respect for women or children or even old age people...they charge way more than the estimated price ..i ended up paying $2000 even though i was quoted $640..they are the qorst experince.they even damaged MOST of my stuff and my glassware was completely broken ...PLEASE DONT HIRE N.K.MOVERS..
THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!Akshat gave a quote for $348. When the job ended, I was charged almost $1000. Showed up two unprofessional student with no tools; My husband had to do a lot of with the stuff himself. Broke my furniture during transit. I moved boxes and disassembled furniture the whole time they were there.Didn't know how to disassemble. Also worst in their customer service. Initial call Akshat told me that its a contact of $348, later they said they are hourly. LIAR LIAR!!
It is a 100% scam company. Worst expirence ever. The reviews written are fake most of the time.
THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! 1. Showed up with no tools – had to do a lot of stuff myself. 2. Took wrong turns to inflate bill 3. Broke my furniture during transit 4. Refused to cooperate and made my new place dirty. 5. Worst is their customer service . Offered discount as a bait and then charged thrice initial quote. 6. Accountant Kapil is a liar and will make you transfer money & then double charge your card. Terrible experience overall.

Nightmare experience. Facts: 1. Akshat (John) gave me a quote for $348. When the job ended, I was charged $966.45. 2. No protective materials/measures were used (Bubble Wrap, Paper, Floor guard) so my items and walls were damaged. 3. Mover threw my stuff off the stairs and said it was India Style. 4. I moved boxes and disassembled furniture the whole time they were there. They didnt know how to disassemble the furniture even though it was in the contract. I asked Akshat for a good team, and
I moved from Kitchener to pickering on last week and used NK Movers Inc. I was in contact with Akshat who assured and explained me the move charges. Our move went over by 2 hours and i was charged only the hourly rate as promised. The guys that came were very professional and clean. Happy with the job.
This was the worst moving experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our move was booked at 10am. They arrived 2 hours late. Whenever we called in these 2 hours, we were told another lie about why they were late and when they would arrive. We exceeded our booked timeslot for elevator in both buildings. They didn’t wrap anything in blankets due to time constraint. No masks all day long. They blocked $1000 in our bank account one day before the move, still couldn’t get our money back.
My order was supposed to start at 2 pm today. It is now 4:49 pm and the movers are still not here. My friends and I have been moving every single box ourselves since they were late. All I really needed to be moved was the crib for my baby boy and tv station. Manager was rude and condescending! In the end, I moved everything ourselves. He charged me $100 deposit + $600 day prior when it was quoted $262.50 total. I’ve disputed the charge with my cc company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. SCAM
Damaged several pieces of antique furniture and broke several pieces of glassware that was very well packed and marked very fragile. They were 2 hours late and did not use floor runners as they were suppose to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Management just keeps giving me the run around and has offered no solutions. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE-Won in small claims court but still no compensation! This company does not care once the have your money. Very sad to say the least.
Terrible company! Very slow and even one of them did not know moving very well so time wasted and I had to pay unfair fee. Please do not use this company.... Quoted half of what they charged!
They arrive late , load item very slowly , driving at a double the time required , and now they hold my furniture in unknown place as hostage to pay them unbelievable fees ???
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!Booked the moving date, the worked Nikee followed up on many occasions, I thought they were going to be on point. The date of the move, they didn't show up and said they called to advise but did not. Michael the owner had no resolution and suggested moving to the next day. I had to find a new mover that thankfully showed up in 40 mins and saved the day. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY, completely unprofessional. They did not even offer to cover anything.

WORSE Customer service, please DONT hire this company for anything... Absolutely horrible people and company. It was one of the worse decisions of my life to hire NK Movers. The overall experience was horrible along with extremely rude and unremorseful customer service reps and night manager. NK movers showed up six and half hours late. They were supposed to come at 1:30pm but showed up at 7pm at night. They were not at all cooperative and kept dropping my things. Please dont use them!!!!
We used NK Movers for a very difficult move (6th Floor and 5th Floor Walkup to a 3rd Floor walkup). They were very efficient, friendly, and respectful throughout the move. There were no hidden fees or surprises and this was by far the lowest quote we received. I would highly recommend them and will only use NK Movers moving forward.
Killer service, very responsive to a last minute change in our moving window, and a well-executed move to a 5th floor walk-up. They were very friendly, efficient and moved everything from my old place to the new. Will definitely use them again and reccomend them to anyone.
Great experience. Alex and his crew were just wonderful. I've never had a positive experience with other moving companies, this was the best by far!
NK Movers is a great moving company. I was really impressed with the level of service and the amount of time and care they took to move my furniture and all the little stuff. You guys are really the best when it comes to moving. Was happy with the level of professionalism. My heroes!
