Pegasus was hired...
Pegasus was hired by my 82 yr old mother to clean her carpets and her windows. The main reason she hired them was to clean her ledge up on the balcony area. They said they would bring a ladder and no problem. On the day of cleaning they didn't move furniture and they didn't bring a ladder. THE WORST PART - they have posted a testimonial on their website that she never said or approved for their use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will promise everything and deliver nothing.
