I went to this swiss chalet location today because my son is very thirsty and this is the first restaurant we saw in the area. I asks the server if I can buy an apple juice or orange juice,she looked at me and laughed so hard, as if she is insulting me, she was rude. Ive never been to this plaza before, and I don't know a place where I can buy a drink. Thinking swiss chalet would be so nice, but I'm so disappointed. I bet you if I told her I need a table for know for dinner she would have let us in, right away.
I also work in a restaurant and we are kind to everybody who comes in to our place. Whether they will have a fancy meal or just for a drink. This server don't know how to treat a customer. If my son is not so thirsty that time, I would have asked for the manager and told him about the behaviour of his employee.
