Very good place to get used car parts prices are very fair all around a good experience

I called to arrange a vehicle to get picked up Saturday morning. I was told the tow truck would come between 9am and Noon, so I took the day off work to be there. but they didn’t come. So, at 12:30 I left a message to call me back with no response. I also called their office 4-5 times after that, with no answer at all. Then I gave up on them and called KennyUPull and was told they’d pick it up within an hour, and give me more money. Thumbs WAY down for Mikes. I’ll NOT be returning.

Called ahead to confirm I could bring in a junk truck on a trailer with no wheels only to arrive and for them to say they don’t have anyone to run the tractor to take it off the trailer even though I specified on the phone that it would have to be lifted off with a tractor.over an hour of wasted time.no compensation or trying to make it right.went to Kenny upull and got more money and friendly service.never again mikes wreckers

Very bad experience. Very rude and non professionals. Bought car engine and presented their stock no with vehicle details, but they delivered wrong engine with different stock number. When I checked on their site both engines with stock number were deleted.They also delayed to deliver the part. Make sure that what you asked and what they delivered.

I did not have good experience with mike, on the phone they confirmed they had parts for Toyota Sienna 2004 but when i went there i was directed to place in the junkyard where i did not find any Sienna car. Came back and reported to the guy on the reception. He looked in the computer and told me that they do not have the required car model. The whole area was full of wet mud and damaged my shoes.

My car finally died the other day and I wasn't sure what to do with it. A friend suggested I take it to Mike's Auto Wreckers up on Mud St. in Stoney Creek. The people there were very helpful and friendly and gave me great money for it. I would definitely recommend friends to go to Mike's to retire their cars or even if they are looking for a hard to find part.

Forget about this place...

Do not waste your time here,especially if you need to make a quick repair. Poor understanding of parts inventory and what is actually in the yard. If you further waste more time by going to the yard be prepared to hump your tools through mud and slop. They cater to garages and don't pay attention to the regular guy. On more than one occasion I have had the same experience so I am finally saying so.
