Terrible service
I recently tried to use GC Nexus' housecleaning services. I prepaid for 3 hours of housecleaning and when I called to book the services, the person I spoke to was rude and it was difficult to hear them. I called back the next day and had the same background noise and poor connection as well as rude attitude and just barely managed to communicate enough to book a time for the cleaning. I called early March, and the first available time they had was April 18th. I took that time, but was then contacted a week later and told that they could no longer keep the appointment, and the next available appointment was at the end of June. Obviously, I have not received the service yet, but I am already extremely disappointed and would advise anyone considering housecleaning to stay away from this business. Also, at the time of booking, they informed me I would have to supply the products they would be using and that they would give me a list of things to buy before the visit. I found all of this very unprofessional and disappointing.
