Horrible service. I was there a few months ago and wish I never have to go back. Unfortunately I owe a Volvo and this is the only location in the city. But if you can avoid going there I Suggest you do. They certainly do not let you know anything, and leave you in the dark on what's going on with your car. I called in to figure out how much longer will my car take (since they have already promised it should be ready a few days ago) and the person I spoke with didn't seem to care or even clueless, telling me it's going to take longer. He did not apologize for any inconvenience and seemly didn't give a darn.
