    After 35 years of...

    After 35 years of service to Splendor Pools, I have never been more disappointed in their service. Apparently taking out the plug costs $130, even though it took less than five minutes. They failed to show up to open my pool two days in a row without contacting me and when I went in to talk about it, the woman could not have been ruder. Not only would she not explain the cost but she was unorganized and had no idea what she was talking about. I would strongly advise against Splendor Pools.

    great experience !

    I recently purchased my 3rd hot tub from Sandy and his fine personnel. There was no need to look elsewhere as I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with my past purchases from Splendor. They know you by name when you walk thru the door and treat you like family . Service has been exceptional from warranty work to good advice , Quality has been excellent and trouble free. Our family uses our Splendor hot tub almost daily . Be confident when you buy here . They have been in business over 40 years and I understand why ! Keep up the good work !

    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

    We purchased a VERY expensive above-ground pool from Splendor and not only had to fight to have it installed but when it became completely unsafe to use in 4 1/2 short years due to improper installation & poor product, they would not honour their warranty! The service at this company is absolutely awful! The only thing that was done quickly and expertly was the way in which they took our money! The Splendor pool had to be completely ripped out of our backyard and replaced (by another company at our expense!). BUYERS BEWARE!
