Twice The Deal Pizza

This place is a scam. You order food, they deliver wrong order and then blame it on you. Lady told me you are a liar.

The service is very bad. We called at 6:09pm for two medium pizzas, and they didn’t arrive to our home until 7:40pm. They even said it would be here in 45 minutes to 50 minutes. They building is roughly 5 minutes away from our home. Bad service, not impressed.

Provides best quality in the town. Really cheap prices with great quality. So welcoming staff and best customer service ever. So in love with this pizza?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! FOOD WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE, COLD AND MISSING PART OF THE ORDER, AND THE WINGS WERE NOT EVEN COOKED COMPLETELY, HAD TO FIGHT TO GET A $10 DISCOUNT FOR THE WAIT, CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SAID THEYD GIVE ME $10 MY NEXT ORDER. I SAID I WOULDNT BE PLACING ANOTHER ORDER AND THE MANAGER SAID THATS MY CHOICE AND HUNG UP ON ME.

These people... I came in with my order placed online, I told the lady at the till my phone number. She couldn't find my order. Gave her my original number, another number, and a name. Still nothing. 15 min go by. I tell her what was on the pizza because at this point someone needs to do something. They find my pizza under the first number. Not a big deal, she probably misunderstood the numbers I was telling her, BUT THEN THE MANGER SPAZZED ON ME FOR WASTING THEIR TIME!! The nerve....

Incredibly rude on the phone, order was late, and only 2/3 of the pizzas were delivered. Owner was even more rude than original employee, and rater curt.
