I had to wait foa a week to repair my thermopompe. Ather that they charged me almost 1000$ and they told me to buy pieces that I don.t know where to buy it. So they charged me for repairing and after 2 weeks thermopompe was freezing. I calledthe office and the secretary told me they call me back and necver got a call. I decided to change the system. Never more call them with this bad service
