I was charged $2,735 to purchase a brand new downtown Montreal condo at $404K, plus tax, in January 2021. What a rip off! This company is taking full advantage of the fact that the builder chose them to oversee the purchases. As a buyer I had no choice and expected them to be reasonable, however, they exaggerated the fees.
