Ended up ordering a Salmon Tartar and Miso Ramen Soup. The tartar lacked in both taste and texture; tasted tartars before, sushi shop's is hands down the worst. As for the soup, tasted like something that had simply been sitting in the fridge for a few days, then stuck into the microwave and added wasabi to cover up the blandness of the miso broth.
It would have been more productive to flush 20$ down the toilet and shoplift soy sauce from them, as it is clearly the tastiest item on the menu.
