I had an amazon order returned because they do not deliver to South Point, 1 kilometre south from Grasswood Road by Highway 11. They would not allow the order to be picked up at their facility because of COVID. Obviously they are not interested in customer service or properly managing their business to accommodate customers in curb side or counter pickups. Every other courier delivers in this area. When I checked with Amazon, they said the parcel was damaged. Funny that it was not damaged.

Sadly this company was responsible for all my Christmas gift orders. They did not bother to deliver. They indicated on Amazon items delivered but we didnt get anything. We just found out they sent all of them back . We had no idea what happened or where all the orders went. You ruined everything. We can not get over half of what you sent back now and since you are our delivery company we are terrified the rest of items will not arrive. Answer your phone!!!!

Have doorbell camera footage of their employee standing at the bottom of my front steps throwing my Amazon order at my front door like a frisbee.

I had a delivery dumped on my doorstep. I was home at the time and it was less than 15 seconds to get to the door. Amazon should do better. Your tracking # DXAMZF3821630
