Kodiak has two ways to serve you – its Catering division and the Deli. Tom Jackson and Kevin Hunter, both with knowledge and background experience with meat had become known for their excellent beef jerky in mid-western Alberta.

Catering

In 2006, Tom and Kevin decided to expand on their smoked delicacy and offer BBQ as a unique catering experience. Having their huge rotisseries on site at your event is not only a tasty alternative, but entertaining as well.

Deli

In December, 2011, the partners opened the door to their deli in Sundre making the tasty delicacy available to more people all of the time.
