The customer service we have experienced at Bracko Brothers over the past few years is second to none. Carey and his team are awesome.
You never feel rushed to make decisions. They take the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
The quality of their furniture is super.
I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a great shopping experience!
I doubt we will ever shop at one of the chain stores again.

I ordered my furniture in April 2013 and asked them to store it for me till the end of August. I didn't pay anything at all.
It was delivered on the day we agreed and I was actually hoping it would be delivered later that week. They came on the day they promised, assembled the furniture but forgot the glass top for my coffee table. The next day the manager called and told me he would bring the glass top himself. I also told him that the mechanism of my recliner arm chair was loose and he fixed that when he came. Although he brought the table top, the screws were missing and I offered to pick them up from the store. I had no problem at all with them. Pushpa was courteous, nice, and the service was very good. I am satisfied.

We recently purchased furniture (dining table and chairs, counter stools, sofa, decorative cushions, chair, rug, bed and nightstands) for our new home from 4living and had a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing and so helpful with choosing the right items and colors for our space. We appreciated their design consultation as they worked with our ideas and steered us in the right direction with fabrics and colors as we might have ended up with some mismatched items without their expertise.

My family went to Showhome furniture this afternoon. What an amazing furniture shop! The kids were entertained with a fairy scavenger hunt so my husband & I had over 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to shop for dining room chairs. We were assisted by Emily. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, & has a no pressure approach that was very appreciated. We ended up buying 8 dining room chairs and a beautiful large rustic coffee table. Great family run local business!
