I lived in Greece for 4 years and good gyro is what i really missed from the food. Once i moved to Canada everyone had their idea and place for a good Gyro...to be honest none came even close....Gyros Place in Mississauga on Matheson BLVD though is amazing....I can only say OMG so good...Had chicken gyro and pork one and both were 90% authentic which is in my book practical the same! I ordered lunch for 30 of my colleagues (May 2017) and I just wanted to say how pleased and impressed I was with your organization every step of the way. They accommodated the changes I wanted made to my order, they called me to let me know that the order was on its way, the delivery person was friendly and helped me set the food up and finally the food (which there was plenty of) was delicious and hot when it came time to eat. Ali’s has been around for a long time! My family has been going to Ali’s since before I was born and the food has always been tasty with a homemade flare. The location isn’t very nice and doesn’t feel very safe but we still drive a great distance to eat an Ali’s roti. The aloo pie is great; they have good Palourie with tasty sauce. The chicken shrimp and goat roti are excellent. The peanut punch is sooth and creamy and they also have great doubles. I always enjoy everything I order from Ali’s . The last time I went the roti stuffing was a bit scarce compared to what it use to be, but it was still good. The street parking can be a bit tricky at certain times of the day with the street car tracks and limited spaces. I would recommend Ali’s to everyone and I am sure we will continue to go there for many years to come. Lire plus

I had been to this location of Jack Astor's in the past, but I haven't been in a while. I was thoroughly impressed with this place! We decided to sit outside since it was a nice day. Our server came out right away and gave us our menus. She was kind and helpful when we were making our meal selections. I chose the honey garlic chicken fingers with sweet potato fries. They were very delicious! The chicken fingers came with two types of dips, and the sweet potato fries came in a small dish which was very convenient. Happy to find an intimate and cozy restaurant with great food in my neighbourhood. Didn't know the restaurant was there as it opened recently.. There used to be a dirty bar at the location before so I'm happy to have lost that eye sore in the neighbourhood :) I already loved grilled Portuguese chicken but "ADL's" chicken is CRAZY good!! Very nicely grilled and had a rustic taste.. must of been the added bonus of being grilled on charcoal grill. Parisiene Potatoes were absolutely AMAZING!! Great service.. Literally service with a smile from mother and daughter duo that run the restaurant. I am already a regular customer.. I've been back every week since my first visit.. Not only for the chicken.. Senhora Palmira really knows how to cook just like my nana.. If you're ever in the neighbourhood I would definately drop in for a quick bite! Lire plus

I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly. Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty. Food as always is great - hot, fresh and served to order! Definately worth a try if you havent been before Lire plus

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile.
