Joseph the owner and Gary the Tow truck driver were both pleasant to deal with and very polite. They arrived when they said they would. The cost of the tow was under $100. Gary dropped my off on the way to my work. I would highly recommend them. (Jan 19, 2016)

I was fortunate to be rescued by Mike on Saturday September 18th, 2021 when my car broke down on highway 17 near Renfrew while returning to Ottawa.
He arrived on time as scheduled by CAA and had my car loaded on on our way to Ottawa within minutes of his arrival.
Mike was very professional and turned out to be a truly interesting person to talk to on the trip. It was evident that he loved his job and was very good at it!
He helped make the best of a bad situation and I thank him for that.

I awoke to a dead battery and was in a hurry. They didn't think they had someone there to go out on the call, but the dispatcher sent one of her son's. 5 minutes later they were at my home in Lanark and got me started. Price was reasonable (under $60/tax in) - emergency service is never cheap, but when they get someone to you in your time of automotive need - well it speaks volumes on how they value customers.
