I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My son recommended Downes for my husbands truck, I took in my Grand Am GT and they gave me a very honest opinion. Now I am taking in my new to me 2006 Toyota Avalon for an opinion on the reliability of this new car. Our family all go to Downes so, we all would recommend them.

I went there 20 yrs ago when Hans owned the shop . He was amazing super nice very reasonable prices . The best . He knew his stuff. I had an issue on my way out of town he played with a couple wires n off I went . It seems he no longer owns the shop .
