McDonald's

This location undoubtedly has some of the worst service of any McDonald’s I have been in. Routinely, the front counter is unattended. When orders are placed, it is often extremely slow even when there are no/few other customers.

Please ask staff not to comment on how big a customer is before they even Say Hello. It's horrible, embarrassing and really hurtful. "Oh, Wow this is a big lady. (hahaha) and when I say "I'm sorry, excuse me?" and of course as an idiot does. He repeats himself. I spend most mornings waiting 20-40 minutes just for a coffee. The service at this location has always been painfully slow but because I work in the same Plaza and enjoy McDonalds Coffee I put up with waiting 20 minutes. Not anymore.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They should allow a less than 1 star review as this was a horrible experience. We waited over half an hour for 2 kids meals and a Big Mac plus a cheeeburger. They omitted the cheeseburger to top off the terrible experience. The staff were completely incompetent and unapologetic.This was prime lunch hour so the staff should have been prepared for the lunch rush. We will never be going back to this location
