DHL Express

Express shipping made Nov 7. Today is Nov 26th and still can get my package l. Called my supplier and ask to never use this company again.

have been trying to access how to pay duty for almost 2 months. Was not given an invoice. Not told how much I owed. Not told how to pay the duty. Told they would return to sender if not paid by Oct 17 and then shipped it back to sender on the 14 oct.,saying I refused to pay duty! HORRIBLE delivery service!! AVOID at all costs!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are hands down the most USELESS courier company available. Sure, your package will arrive in the city in lightning speed, but good luck getting the drivers to actually deliver your package. They do not follow instructions, the help line wont offer any assistance and if the company I order merchandise through didnt choose to work with DHL I sure as hell would never utilize them again. Worthless.

Just wasted 6 hrs sitting at my tattoo shop because these idiots said they were coming today and last time they didn't come till 9! Shortly after 9 we get a text that says they attempted? Attempted what u sure didn't deliver it to my shop or put a sticker on my door...so now what? This isn't the first issue either so thanks for wasting my time yet again!

Don't deliver stuff on time

Atrocious service. Ignored emails, phone calls. Did nothing for weeks then accused the customer of delaying. Charged customs duty when the package was sent back did not refund the duty. Customer service has a unhelpful take it or leave it attitude. Avoid at all costs.
