If you are looking for quality work and acceptable customer service - the store in the NW (Varsity) is not for you! I will now do all shopping online because money is wasted here on products that are sub-par and management simply does not care about reputation and customer satisfaction. Do not order any lettering on the back of jerseys - they simply can't get it right and do the opposite of what you ask for. I needed my lettering stitched, but they decided to press on cheap vinyl lettering, and
