This place has the worst customer service, I've ever experienced. The employees never greet you and they are incredible rude. You can't ask a question without attitude. It's annoying. They have good products but I would never come back here ever again. It's not worth it the time. I rather give my business else where.

Awful Service As Usual

It doesn't matter how high you go for a resolution, this place likes to make every step difficult. I had to file a complaint through Moroccan Oil themselves in order to receive proper customer service and they had no problem resolving my issue. If they didn't have Moroccan Oil I would never shop here and I'm sure many others wouldn't either. If you want to waste a bunch of your time and like to deal with unhappy people then this is your place. Some of the worst service, I wish I would have known beforehand as now I'm considering pulling an awesome line from my salon in order to save myself the inconvenience that is Modern Beauty Supplies.

Best Distributor

I honestly have no idea what these people are talking about. Modern has the best customer service around. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy whether its their showroom girls or my rep. I've been dealing with them for 10 years and rarely go anywhere else. They've been around for over 25 years, they must be doing something right.

Unpleasant customer experience

Before you talk down to a person find out how much experience they have. My mom with 45 years of hair dressing experience asked a simple question to about a new color and was answered by a lady who treated her like she new nothing. No one said hi, smiled or asked if we needed help. Will never go there again!!!! The atmosphere made me very anxious instead of welcoming. Very sad :0(

Unpleasant experience, every time!

This has got to be the worst distributor in Calgary! This is the same thing most people I know would say. The staff have got to be possibly the rudest I've ever encountered, and its all lead by their manager, who is completely unhappy and rude all the time. Along with this comes repeated errors and if it weren't for them being the only Moroccan oil distributor in Calgary, I don't think they would have customers. I have discontinued every possible line I could from my salon that I used to purchase from this supplier.
