Shampooch Grooming

Took my dog to Shampooch for a cut. They ended up shaving my dog to the bare skin on her belly and between her legs leaving severe razor burn or infection from un-sterilized clippers (as per the vet), so she was unable to walk for a week and needed to be put on pain meds and numbing spray. The owner told me they had did nothing wrong and would not take responsibility. Shampooch has some very good reviews but most of these came from the previous owner, this is not the same groomer as before.

Yesterday was our third visit and the service Was great. However yesterday, on Good Friday March 30 i had an appointment for my Shitzu and I picked him up around 11:30. Within two hours of picking him up he started severe diarrhea and vomitting which ended up lasting over 24 hours. I called 4 times to ask if they had given my dog any treats but they would not return my calls. We had to rush him to emergency..and he eventually threw up undigested chunks of rawhide which we never give him.

This was my 2nd visit today I find all the staff fantastic I have one that gets nasty when nails are done and they take it in stide VERY Efficient PEOPLE
