Cam Clark Ford Canmore

Very bad customer service. Never able to get a hold to anyone. I had an appointment, left my car all day, tried to call them back to know if my car is ready, Called over 5 times, spoke to 3-4 different people but they would always send me to a voicemail. Had to show up there to find out no one was aware they had my keys/car. Trying to get another appointment after a couple weeks and same thing, the girl who answers the phone doesn’t even wanna listen to me and transfer me to a voicemail.

Josh. Well that’s a man who takes care of his customers. I’m on my 6th super duty and so happy I’ve met Cam Clark’s ford Josh. Don’t hesitate to buy or get service at Cam Clark. I’m actually excited to go see Josh again in a year and get me another new truck.
